Due to recent subsea defence contract wins, RADS has had to double their production capacity by opening a new factory in Taren Point.

The factory has dedicated production lines to manufacture many of the traditional RADS products as well as all the new products.

Lean Manufacturing has been used extensively to design the production/ storage process to maximise value and maximise customer satisfaction.
